ConGro AI v0.71 release notes

v0.71 (build 0.71.7-beta): a rebuilt Build tab for Revit and a new one for ETABS, the Artery Engine for services and fire, names and IDs, drawings, custom objects and 3D import, a smarter Chat tab, and credits you see before anything is built.

Version v0.71 (build 0.71.7-beta). The full story, with videos, is in the v0.71 post.

  1. The new Build tab for Revit — rebuilt from the ground up: research, requirements sheet and design intent, estimate, exterior and structure, interior layout, readiness check, services and fire, names and IDs, drawings — with scope switches, resume, and change by typing with Undo.
  2. Meet the Artery Engine — Generation 1 — our own engine for fire protection, mechanical, plumbing and electrical, laid out and routed by engineering rules in code, with clash fixing.
  3. Names and IDs — every element, three layers — a mark, a full name in plain words and a ConGro ID for every element, with facility-style room numbering and an index.
  4. Drawings — every level’s plans per trade, tags, dimensions, sections, enlarged plans, schedules and an optional printable sheet set.
  5. Your own objects in Revit — design objects, doors and windows by describing them; bring in 3D files with a preview first; your pictures on the building.
  6. A smarter Revit Chat tab — a smarter Agent mode, 40% cheaper everyday work, many elements in one step, a command search that understands meaning, 27 topic guides.
  7. The new Build tab for ETABS — a written description becomes a built, loaded, analyzed and designed ETABS model, changeable by typing, with Undo.
  8. Member design in ETABS — done the way an engineer checks it — the design loop, drift by virtual work, AISC and ACI checks, EBF and BRBF, and design settings from ASCE 7-22 Table 12.2-1.
  9. ETABS in the Chat tab — 926 commands proven against ETABS, code check and optimize by asking, pictures of the model, safer and faster.
  10. Credits: see the cost first, pay as you go — the estimate before anything is built, credits taken step by step, chat charged by the work really done.
  11. The whole app — seeing and files, web research, a rebuilt code-book library, chat tools, a smoother feel, and know-how that updates itself.
  12. New installer and first launch — a new installer look, a leaner install, and a first launch that sets up the engine once.
